I’m in favor of anything that gets us thinking about our finances and ways to save and get out of debt — and, whether you agree with her on everything or not, you have to admire Orman’s commitment to getting women to focus on their complicated relationship with money. So it’ll be interesting to watch and see how this community grows and what it evolves into. I was most impressed that she was personally reading and responding to some of the posts in the forums, rather than just slapping her name on the site and moving on.
