Chelsea Charms is 5ft3 and claims to have the biggest breasts in the world. She told This Morning on ITV that she used to be a D cup, but then had a breast enlargement to a DD in order 'to get noticed'. The final operation, making her chest size a 164XXX, is called Polypropylene String Breast Implants. This procedure is now banned. Charms is probably more noticed than ever now, and has earned thousands of dollars performing as an exotic dancer - and for two very good reasons.
Despite her claims for breaking the bra-busting world record, currently held by the aptly named Maxi Mounds, she has yet to be measured by officials from the Guinness Book of World Records
