Tiki Barber To Play in the NFL Again..Because He is Broke

No need to sugarcoat it.

The only reason Tiki Barber is deciding to come back to the NFL is because he doesn’t have the income to support his uppity lifestyle, he college intern girlfriend and the divorce settlement his wife got.Here is a reality check for Tiki, the market isn’t going to be itching for a 36 year old running back who likes to run his mouth and downgrades his teammates. No one really likes Tiki and his ego is too big to just ride the bench. He can fill out all the papers he like, but if he need money, he needs to lend out his intern mistress to “Football Wives”, she seems to fit the mold.

Tiki Barber is un-retiring. “Barber has alerted the NFL that he plans to come out of retirement and play in the 2011 season.” Perhaps this is some sort of negotiating ploy by either the owners or players association. “Well, if you don’t meet our demands, we’ll bring back Tiki Barber!” I’m still trying to figure out which side is using the Tiki chip. Barber’s divorce and left him broke and his bright television career is pretty dim right now so I guess he could be serious. Somebody check to see if this is part of a VH1 reality show. (SI.com)
