Should Arnold Schwarzenegger be worried?


We already knew that in the wake of his extramarital affair with a former housekeeper has led to wife Maria Shriver leaving the family compound and hiring a crackerack divorce attorney.


Now, E! News has confirmedthat his baby-mama mistress , Mildred Patricia Baena , has retained her own legal eagle.


Michael Saltz has come aboard to represent Baena, according to a spokeswoman for his firm, Jacobson, Russell, Saltz & Fingerman.


So far, the firm says, Baena has no plans to launch any litigation, but the rep declined to elaborate.


Why would she lawyer up?
Perhaps Baena wants to make sure Schwarzenegger lives up to his paternal responsibilities when it comes to their 13-year-old son. There have been reports that Schwarzenegger has provided money for the family, including the downpayment for their house , and with the scandal intensifying Baena might want to get a deal in writing.


Saltz (who is traveling and wasn't available for comment) has a backgroundas a prosecutor and has extensively worked in real-estate cases. But his firm also specializes in entertainment deals, which means Baena could be looking to cash in on her sudden infamy.


Or maybe she just wants to sue George Lopez 's pants offfor that sketch last night .

Despite the late-night host offering a mea culpa to Kirstie Alley last night for his horribly"misjudged" attempt at humor (remind us again what's so hilarious about equating women to barnyard animals ?), the feisty Dancing With the Stars contender isn't having any of his too-little, too-late niceties, and this morning flatly rejected the pig-invoker's apology. But luckily for him, Alley laid out exactly what it would take for the comedian to make it up to both her and women everywhere. And it sounds like a pound of flesh is in order. Um, literally.

This has the makings of a great feud. Late-night host George Lopez turned heads on Wednesday when he cracked a joke about Kirstie Alley's dance moves on "Dancing with the Stars," commenting on "her little hooves tapping away." He then riffed about Alley's day, comparing her to the piggies who went to market, had roast beef, and went all the way home. Pretty harsh, and, honestly, not super funny. The next day, Lopez was all regret and remorse, tweeting that he"misjudged the joke." Apology made,everyone moves on, right? Wrong. Alley, none too happy being compared to a barnyard animal, tweeted , "I don't need or want [your]apology... I want your kidney dude." "I don't consider 'I misjudged the joke' an apology," she went on."Sorta like a husband saying 'I misjudged putting my d--- in a whore'...sorry hon." So it doesn't look like Lopez and Alley are going to be Samba partnersanytime soon. What are your thoughts? Was he over the line? Should she forgive and forget?
